Research overview:
1) Establishment of a control method for tomato wilt with symbiotic microorganisms in tissue: A control method is established for tomato wilt with symbiotic microorganisms established in tissue by inoculated cottage of cut hypocotyls. 2) Establishment of a cultivation technology for house tomato using symbiotic microorganisms: Symbiotic microorganisms possessing growth enhancement activity are used to establish technology for growth enhancement of house tomato in winter. 3) Establishment of a control method for damping-off of Delfinium using microorganisms: Acclimated seedlings of new varieties of Delfinium produced by tissue culture were inoculated with antagonistic microorganisms to study a control method for damping-off.
