We recently reported that in patients with chronic congestive heart failure nephrosclerosis is often associated, which may be caused by glomerular hyperfiltration. In the present study, we identify physiologically-active substances responsible for the excretion of microalbumins in the urine and try to regulate those in the treatment of heart failure.
