Research overview:
We develop a remote control operation system that can present operators an operation reaction force (force feedback), for improving working environment for the operators and making database of techniques and preserving the techniques. In this study, we construct a hydraulic system for polishing work, and study several parts having force feedback function. In this system, the operation reaction force is not only presented to the operator, but also information necessary to the judgement of the operation in which skill is needed is elucidated and characteristics in information are extracted for emphasizing the information so as to improve operability.
