Specialty products adaptable to the climate of Kuma area will be collected and their management techniques will be shown after testing. This area has large-scale sightseeing resources such as Hitoyoshi spa, Kumagawa downstream, Kyusendo cave and Kyushu natural promenade stretching 110 kilometers, attracting 1.8 million visitors annually and such specialty products are promising for souveniers
