Recently, lots of chemical reactions are conducted under elevated temperature and pressure in chemical plants in order to obtain yield improvement and reduction of hours. In order to prevent accidents due to explosion in such chemical plants, various measures to prevent combustion reactions such as deoxydation and to monitor abnormal reactions are taken.
