2000 - 0
Investigating Researcher (4)：
We are planning the orbit for 'PLANET-B', which was launched in the year of 1998. The satellite that was put into the moon transfer orbit was, at the beginning, to be put into the orbit which goes around the Mars in October, 1999 after carrying out swing-by of the moon twice and powered swing-by of the earth once. However, it used too much fuel when it done the manuba bailing out of the earth in December, 1998, the plan has changed to the idea that it reach to the Mars in January, 2004 by using swing-by of the earth twice. Due to swing-by of the earth twice, it is connected to the best window from the earth to the Mars in June 2003.
