Research overview:
This research enable to carry out an operation by using of the state change of wave packets due to the interference of electronic wave between quantum disks with the ground state of differing, which are coupled in three dimensions, and closed to waveguide. The waveguide are used the optical-input and -output.Thus, this research gives not only the establishment of fabrication process of three dimensional coupled quantum structures but the useful knowledge of tunneling transfer time and/or energy relaxation time, which are important parameter for the novel optical devices.
