Research overview：

We develop functional component evaluation technique of new type edible mushrooms (new type mushrooms such as Collybia velutipes, Pleurotus ostreatus, Hypsizigus mamoreus and the like : non-cultured mushrooms and improved type mushrooms : varieties having new characteristics). We elucidate genetic resources and develop culturing technique and effective breeding and production techniques.
