Study on high-energy electronic observation by PPB

Research overview:
In order to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the structure of the Galaxy or an individual cosmic phenomenon, it is necessary not only to observe electromagnetic waves but also to elucidate the cosmic ray phenomena made in the non-thermal processes. We have made observations particularly on the electronic beams to examine the origins and the behavior of acceleration and propagation of cosmic rays. By using PPB, observations can be made for a longer duration of time than what has conventionally been possible in Japan. This study designed and developed the trigger system simulation and the detector, which can measure high-energy electrons having particularly low flux.
