Research overview:
1) To determine stable production technique of lettuce with low-cost and laborsaving and to provide business use, cultivation technique using cell cast seedlings is studied. 2) Elucidation of technique of convenient growth diagnosis and prospect, and uniformity among lettuces with cultivation method are studied. Also, planning production technique is determined. 3) For production and distribution of high quality lettuce, relationship between products quality and conditions of cropping and cultivation, and technique to keep freshness using pre-cooling technique or others are determined.
