Research overview:
To efficiently relieve disaster on dike break, full discussion of crisis management supposing occurrence of disaster in addition to repair system is important from viewpoint of arrangement of disaster preventing facilities. This investigation aims to propose repair of river channels and reinforcement of dikes considering disaster scale accompanied with dike break and overflowing, as well as relieving countermeasures of damages in emergency response to dike break mainly based on an experiment and analysis of water management. The analysis of damage data revealed importance of the relation between the scale of damages by flood near bridge girders and river channel elements.
