Research overview:
The purpose of this research is to create Sake yeast with new characteristics. We firstly tried to acquire generic resources regarding new secretion and then developed the ones with the excellent aroma and taste. Our following goal will be the further research of this technique and the creation of new alcoholic drinks with these features.
