Research overview:
A radio altitude speed indicator is essential as a ground-controlled approach sensor in a next generation moon and planet exploration mission. Simulation in a reflecting pulse shape from an assumed surface was done to verify the operation of the BBM model of a developed spectrum diffusion type pulse radar. Where, the altitude, antenna declined angle, beam width or the like in an explorer are used as parameters. Reflection simulation will be promoted by considering the phase interference of an irradiation in-plane having expansion, the beam pattern of an antenna, a back scattering coefficient of a surface of interest.
