Research overview:
Technique of a series of low cost cultivation from clearing of underbrush to thinning is developed for maintenance and promotion of forestal functions. (Content) 1. Development of technique to omit underbrushing by coverage of forestal ground (e.g. with hexatubes) 2. Labor saving test related to removal of cut-down trees by increased rate of thinning. 3. Study for saving of thinning labor by blighting. 4. Study on saving of thinning labor by very intensive thinning, and on climatical damage and profitability.
