    Educational Corporation Hokusei Gakuen was reorganized into Hokusei Gakuen School System. Hokusei Gakuen Women's Junior College was established (Department of English).

Purpose of establishment:
College aims at fostering free individuals who dedicate
themselves to love and service, by providing specialized
knowledge and skills as well as satisfactory education
based on Christianity.
Business overview:
Having grown out of a Christian school founded 120
years ago, Hokusei Gakuen University continues to
reflect the principles associated with its mission of
Christian education.
The highest goal of our university is to encourage the
Christian values of brotherly love, an open heart, and
a strong desire to serve the community.
We aloso strive to help students develop the
intellectual and moral strength required to contribute
their education and their lives to the betterment of
