in revolutionary interdisciplinary research and instruction
through the founding of the Integrated Institute of Humanities.
In 2001, the Department of Philosophy was formed, and the
Educational Anthropology Major as well as an English Minor
were established within the Department of Philosophy. Various
night classes are offered allowing for flexible learning.
In 2002 the Integrated Institute of Humanities was restructured
and the General Humanities, International, and Interdisciplinary
Programs were developed.
These programs hold newly developed seminars with and emphasis
on contemporary issues such as IT.
