水系洗浄剤が、セルロース系繊維を主体とする水解性の基材シートに含浸された肛門又は陰部周辺清浄用シートであって、前記水系洗浄剤は、非イオン性界面活性剤を0.05〜3重量%及び水を70〜90重量%含有し、該非イオン性界面活性剤は、HLBが10〜15、分子量が300〜1000である肛門又は陰部周辺清浄用シート。
