【請求項1】平均粒径が1〜100μmの固体粒子からなる有機化合物を、当該有機化合物が溶解しない溶媒中に分散させた分散液を攪拌しながら、ここに該有機化合物の吸収波長であって、且つ前記溶媒自身は吸収しない波長のレーザー光を、前記有機化合物の粒子に局所的な温度上昇を生じさせて該粒子に熱による内部応力を誘起してクラックを発生させる強度で照射することにより、前記有機化合物の粒子を破砕することを特徴とする、有機化合物の微粒子の製造方法。
