Claim (excerpt)：

【請求項1】 遊離脂肪酸が混在するモノグリセリドを含有するまたは主成分とするグリセリド生成物にアルカリを添加し、それにより該生成物中に存在する遊離脂肪酸を中和してケン化物を生成させ、さらに分子量がモノグリセリドより大きくかつケン化物と相溶性を有するジグリセリド、トリグリセリド、コレステロールエステル、ワックス類、糖エステルまたは混合物を添加してケン化物の濃度を低下させた後、これを分子蒸留に付して該ケン化物を蒸留残渣として除去することを特徴とする、モノグリセリド含有グリセリド生成物の脱酸・精製方法。
