【請求項1】 膀胱移行上皮癌に侵食された臓器組織切除手術後の患者の予後の検出において、患者の切除組織あるいは、尿中に存在する細胞について、その細胞の中心体を2段階抗原抗体反応により標識し、標識された中心体数の数値を蛍光顕微鏡下で測定し、3個以上の中心体が存在する中心体複製異常細胞が全細胞中に5%以上存在するか否かにより再発および進展の可能性の有無を検出することを特徴とする膀胱移行上皮癌患者の予後検出方法。
