【請求項1】 種結晶層の種結晶を成長させて多孔質支持体にゼオライト膜を密着して製膜する工程を含む方法であって、前記種結晶層は、種結晶を含有するスラリーを多孔質支持体で濾過して前記多孔質支持体で担持する厚みが実質的に均一な種結晶担持層であることを特徴とするゼオライト膜製膜方法。
