【請求項1】血液から白血球を分離し、固定し、次に、(1)当該白血球に、サイトメガロウイルスLower matrix protein pp65を特異的に認識する抗体(抗pp65抗体)を反応させ、次いで当該抗体に対するアルカリホスファターゼ標識抗体を反応させて免疫染色するか、又は(2)当該白血球に、アルカリホスファターゼで標識した抗pp65抗体、又はその(Fab′)2化物若しくはFab′化物を反応させて免疫染色することを特徴とするサイトメガロウイルス抗原の検査法。
