【請求項1】亜鉛粉末とパラジウム錯体と複数の種類で同一モル比の有機配位子とを所定のモル比で混合し、前記有機配位子の融点以上かつ沸点未満の温度で加熱・攪拌して混合液を調製する工程と、前記混合液を320°C以上かつ350°C未満の温度で所定時間加熱・攪拌して前記混合液中に亜鉛パラジウム微粒子を生成させる工程と、生成された亜鉛パラジウム微粒子を精製する精製工程と、を有する亜鉛パラジウム微粒子の製造方法。
