【請求項1】多重ガンマ線検出法と即発ガンマ線分析法を含む放射化学分析法とを組合せて行う試料中核種の分析方法であって、試料中の放射性核種から同時に発生した3個以上のガンマ線を多重ガンマ線検出装置の3台以上の検出器で検出し、同時計数計測して得られた3個のガンマ線エネルギーをそれぞれx軸、y軸及びz軸上にプロットして3次元の頻度分布である3次元キューブを形成し、3次元頻度分布のピーク位置から放射性核種を特定する定性分析と、当該放射性核種のピーク強度から試料中の当該放射性核種の含有量を測定する定量分析と、を同時に行う分析方法。
