【請求項1】支持体上の水溶性二本鎖DNAの薄層又は支持体上の水溶性二本鎖DNAの溶液の液膜の濃縮乃至乾涸により得られた薄層に、波長が250〜270nmの範囲の紫外線を照射することにより支持体に固定された水不溶性架橋重合体の膜を形成し、これを該支持体から剥離することにより製造される水不溶性DNAフィルムの製造方法。
