【請求項1】分散相と連続相を仕切る中間プレートに厚み方向の貫通孔が形成され、この貫通孔を介して分散相を連続層中に押し出すようにしたマイクロスフィアの製造装置において、前記貫通孔は2段状をなし、分散相と接する側は細孔とされ、連続相と接する側はスロット状孔になっていることを特徴とするマイクロスフィアの製造装置。
