【請求項1】ギアシェーパあるいはホブ盤による歯切り加工において,ピニオンカッターのN回目の切込みまたはホブのN回転目をNストロークとし,Nストロークでのラジアル送り速度をfr(N),累積ラジアル送り量をFr(N),最終切込み量をCrとするとき,工具刃を高さCrの台形で近似し,該台形の左右の辺を延長して成る交点と該台形の上辺との距離をaとし,cを定数とし,Nストローク目の切屑面積を,Area(N)=c(a+Fr(N))・fr(N)で近似し,ラジアル送り速度を一定とした加工法におけるラジアル送り速度をfrとするときにfr(N)=(a+Cr)・fr/(a+Fr(N))となるように,ラジアル送り速度を制御することを特徴とする歯切り方法。
