【請求項1】冷流体が氷粒を有する氷水であり、該氷水が伝熱部材を有する流路で、該伝熱部材を介して温流体と熱交換した後、該氷水が伝熱部材を有しない氷粒・冷水混合部に流入し、その後再び伝熱部材を有する流路で該伝熱部材を介して温流体と熱交換するように構成し、且つ、最終出口部又は出口配管内冷流体の温度が0°Cを超える温度になるように制御するための制御装置を有することを特徴とする熱交換器。
