【請求項1】円柱状の植込み部(1)の側面に軸方向に延びる廻り留め用の突条(2,3)を形成して成るインプラントに於いて、上記円柱状の植込み部(1)の上端にねじ止めにより固定される頭部(7)を設けると共に、上記頭部(7)の下端外周縁に沿って環状の突縁(7b)を形成し、上記環状の突縁(7b)の下端縁が上記円柱状の植込み部(1)の上端面に圧接せしめられるよう構成したことを特徴とする上記のインプラント。
