【請求項1】 金属酵素において、該金属酵素の状態が溶液若しくは懸濁液の系、又は固形の支持体に担持された系であり、 該系全体に100μA〜10Aの定電流、又は1mV〜1000Vの定電圧を印加し、 該酵素の等電点のpHにおいて酵素活性の発現に必須な金属を前記金属酵素から電気化学的に脱離させ、前記酵素活性を消失または減少させる工程を有する 酵素活性の制御方法。
