【請求項1】 α-及び/又はβ-ヒドロキシカルボン酸単位を50モル%以上含有する生分解性ポリエステル樹脂100質量部と、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル化合物0.01〜10質量部と、層状珪酸塩0.05〜20質量部とを含み、上記(メタ)アクリル酸エステル化合物が、分子内に2個以上の(メタ)アクリル基、又は1個以上の(メタ)アクリル基と1個以上のグリシジル基もしくはビニル基とを有することを特徴とする生分解性ポリエステル樹脂組成物。
