electron beams in the energy range from
4 to 16 MeV. The standard conditions are 10MeV
and 50 microamperes. The beam can be focused into a spot.
Wide and thick samples can be irradiated, since it has an
electron beam scanner and a conveyer.
Irradiation at au absorbed dose of 10kGy can be made in a
minute, and it is used for many researches, such as
irradiation tests of new materials, and sterilization.
