A five-day course is offered for health physicists, radiation
protection technologists, rescue workers, nurse and physicians
who may be called upon to provide emergency service to a radiation
accident victim. This course emphasizes the practical aspects of
handling a contaminated victim. Lectures are complemented by
demonstrations, laboratory exercises and a radiation accident drill
User procedures and method:
Apply to Training School, National Institute of Radiological
Sciences by a written application form.
[Charge for Use]: Free (Fees for utilities etc. are charged on
a dormitory user.)
[Qualification of User]: Health plysicists, rescue workers, nurse
and physicians.
[Restriction on Use]: Number:24 persons Term:5 day
