Overview:
Multiple regression equation with correlation of about
0.9 for total carbon, total nitrogen, crude ash, T-CaO
and T-MgO is obtained. The correlation was over 0.8 for
T-P2O5, T-K2O.
However, the correlation was low for zinc, EC, pH,
germination tests and length of roots. The estimated
validity of the calibration curve was that the
correlation coefficient was about 0.9 for total carbon,
total nitrogen, crude ash, T-P2O5 and T-Mg0.
The evaluated rank by EI method was B. The correlation
coefficient for T-CaO was 0.87, and the one forT-K2O was
0.7. The evaluated rank by EI method was C. Most part of
the calibration curve was evaluated as B rank. It was
concluded that the near-infrared analysis method can be
durable for practical use as a simple analyzing method
for pig manure.
