【請求項1】 ユーザーの体動からユーザーの動作を活動度として継続的に検知する活動度検知手段を備え、 上記活動度検知手段により検知された活動度を、この活動度に基づきユーザーの疲労レベルを推定する疲労レベル推定手段に出力する疲労推定装置であって、 上記疲労レベル推定手段は、継続的に高い値を示す活動度が、この高い値を示す時間に比べて数十秒程度低い値を示す傾向を判断することで、疲労レベルを推定することを特徴とする疲労推定装置。
