【請求項1】 繊維状タンパク質を含むハチの巣を臭化リチウム水溶液中又はハロゲン化有機溶媒中で繊維状タンパク質を溶解させ、更に、不溶物を分離除去させるハチの巣に含まれる繊維状タンパク質の抽出方法であって、 前記ハロゲン化有機溶媒はジクロロ酢酸、トリフロロ酢酸、ヘキサフロロイソプロパノール、又はヘキサフロロアセトンの溶媒であることを特徴とするハチの巣に含まれる繊維状タンパク質の抽出方法。
