【請求項1】基板と、この基板上に形成された開口部を有しない金属膜とを備え、この金属膜の表面には、中央に直径が0.1〜250nmの円形の凹部が形成され、この凹部を中心として同心円状に複数の凹部が450〜530nmの間隔で周期的に形成され、前記金属膜に光を照射すると表面プラズモン共鳴により前記金属膜の表面に発生した表面プラズモンが前記金属膜の一点に集中するように構成されたことを特徴とする光学的センサー。
