【請求項1】 波長400〜420nmの範囲に発光中心波長を有する光源と、この光源からの光を導光して光を照射すべき患部に放射するプローブとを備え、 前記プローブは、内部が流水路として機能する、水より屈折率が低い樹脂からなる樹脂製中空管を備え、 当該樹脂製中空管の内部の流水路に満たされた水によるコア部と、当該樹脂製中空管自体によるクラッド部とにより、導光路が形成されていることを特徴とする歯周病用光治療器。
