【請求項1】ナノメータレベルの平均繊維径を有するフィブリルが凝集して構成されたポリアセチレンフィルムにヨウ素を電子受容体としてドーピングし、前記ヨウ素をドーピングした前記ポリアセチレンフィルムを前駆体として、不活性ガス雰囲気中で1000°C〜2500°Cの熱処理温度で炭素化することにより、前記前駆体の形状を維持したナノメータレベルの平均繊維径を有するグラファイト化した炭素フィブリルが凝集して構成されたフィルム状炭素材料を製造する方法。
