【請求項1】RE2BaO4又はRE4Ba3O9であるRE-Ba-O化合物(REは希土類元素のうちの1種又は2種以上)とBa-Cu-O液相原料を出発原料として両者を接触させた状態で、加熱により前記Ba-Cu-O液相原料を溶融して、RE-Ba-O化合物の微細粒子で形成された骨格構造体に、Ba-Cu-O液相原料を浸透させ、その後、徐冷することで結晶成長させることを特徴とするRE-Ba-Cu-O酸化物超電導体の作製方法。
