【請求項1】 少なくとも一面が導電性の基板と、この基板の一面に積層された酸化チタン膜と、この酸化チタン膜に重ねて積層された多孔質層とを有する半導体電極であって、 前記酸化チタン膜は、前記基板の一面から垂直方向に結晶軸が選択的に向けて成長した針状結晶を成すアナターゼ型酸化チタンであり、 前記多孔質層は、多孔質の金属酸化物に色素を吸着させたものであることを特徴とする半導体電極。
