【課題】採取された血球細胞から、試験管内でNK細胞を増幅させて、細胞療法の最適数のNK細胞を調製する方法を提供する。【解決手段】NK細胞を含む細胞集団を調製するステップと、前記NK細胞を含む細胞集団からT細胞を除去するステップと、前記T細胞が除去された残りの細胞を、2500IU/mLないし2813IU/mLのIL-2を含む培地で培養するステップとを含む、NK細胞の増幅方法と、調製されるNK細胞、および細胞療法のための医薬品組成物。【選択図】なし

Claim (excerpt)：

NK細胞を含む細胞集団を調製するステップと、 前記NK細胞を含む細胞集団からT細胞を除去するステップと、 前記T細胞が除去された残りの細胞を、2500IU/mLないし2813IU/mLのIL-2を含む培地で培養するステップとを含むことを特徴とする、NK細胞の増幅方法。
