【請求項1】 少なくとも以下の(a)〜(c)の工程を含むことを特徴とするヘリカーゼ活性の測定方法。 (a)グアニン塩基との相互作用によって蛍光強度が変化する蛍光色素を、5’末端に設けたシトシン塩基に結合させた一本鎖核酸と、該一本鎖核酸と相補的な3’末端がグアニン残基である塩基配列を有する他方の一本鎖核酸とからなる二本鎖核酸を用意する工程。 (b)該二本鎖核酸を基質として、ヘリカーゼによる酵素反応を行う工程。 (c)前記酵素反応の反応産物からの蛍光強度を測定する工程。
