【請求項1】 磁気共鳴信号から得られた、強度画像および位相画像を含む第1複素画像と、前記第1複素画像に対してフィルタ処理の施された第2複素画像とを利用して位相差画像を作成する第1ステップと、
前記位相差画像のうち、選択した組織に対応した位相を、選択した組織のコントラストが所望の大きさとなるように、前記フィルタ処理による位相差分布の変化を加味して選択すると共に、選択した位相を強調する強調関数として指数関数を選択し、選択した位相を前記指数関数で強調することにより強調画像を作成する第2ステップと、
前記強調画像で所定の画像をマスクすることにより位相差強調画像を作成する第3ステップと
