【請求項1】 監視対象領域を撮像する撮像手段、
前記撮像手段によって撮像された画像データを、暗号化鍵に基づいて暗号化して出力する出力手段、
閲覧権者側の識別符号が1回のみ入力されたことをトリガとして、前記識別符号に応じて前記暗号化鍵を変更すると共に、撮影が可能となるように前記撮影手段を制御する制御手段、及び
内部を改ざんするときに開けられる部分を封印するように表面に貼着されると共に、剥離されるときの張力により塑性変形するか又は破壊される封印部材
を含む撮像装置と、
前記撮影装置によって出力された前記画像データを記憶する記憶手段、及び
前記記憶手段に記憶された前記画像データの出力を制限し、閲覧権者側の特定の制限解除情報が入力された場合のみ、前記記憶手段に記憶された前記画像データを出力する出力制限手段を含む情報処理装置と、
閲覧権者側の識別符号に応じて、該識別符号に応じて変更された暗号化鍵に対応する復号化鍵を生成する生成手段、
前記情報処理装置によって出力された前記画像データを、前記生成手段によって生成された復号化鍵に基づいて、復号化する復号化手段、及び
前記復号化手段によって復号化された前記画像データを表示する表示手段
