【請求項1】 被測定者の体温を複数日に亘って測定した体温データ系列を用いて被測定者が高温期と低温期とのうちいずれの状態にあるかを推定する月経周期推定装置であって、 前記体温データ系列を用いて高温相および低温相の2つの状態をもった隠れマルコフモデルを構築し、該隠れマルコフモデルが前記体温データ系列を出力する最尤の状態系列を求め、該状態系列を用いて被測定者の月経周期における体温の二相性を特定する構成としてなる月経周期推定装置。
