【請求項1】 二つ以上の異なる元素または同位体により構成された固相状態の材料に対して前記材料の再結晶温度以上、かつ固相状態を保つことができる温度以下の温度下で1万g(g=9.8m/s2 )以上の重力加速度を印加することにより、その結晶を微細化させる ことを特徴とする高性能材料の製造方法。
