【請求項1】 任意の遺伝子座においてDNA相同組換えが起きている真核生物の体細胞相同組換えをDT40細胞において誘発する方法であって、該遺伝子座の遺伝子の転写制御を行うことによって、該遺伝子の塩基配列と、該遺伝子の上流近傍に存在する転写プロモーターの上流に存在する該遺伝子と相同組換えできる配列同一性を有する塩基配列との間でDNA相同組換えを誘発することを特徴とし、該遺伝子、該遺伝子と相同組換えできる配列同一性を有する塩基配列、及び該転写プロモーターのうちの少なくとも一つがニワトリ中に天然に存在するものではない、体細胞相同組換えの誘発方法。
