【請求項1】照明光を被検眼角膜上の涙液油層に投光する光学系と、涙液油層からの反射光を受光し、涙液油層を撮像する油層撮像手段と、撮像された涙液油層の画像を処理して角膜上の涙液油層の移動量を演算する演算処理手段と、被検眼の固視移動量を検知する検知手段とを有し、前記検知された固視移動量に基づいて涙液油層の移動量を補正し、補正された涙液油層の移動量の時間変化率を求めて被検眼に貯留する涙液量を示す値とすることを特徴とする眼科測定装置。
