【請求項1】照明光を被検眼角膜上の涙液油層に投光する光学系と、涙液油層からの反射光を受光し、涙液油層を撮像する撮像手段と、撮像された涙液油層の画像を平滑化し、平滑化された涙液油層の輪郭を抽出して涙液油層の面積を求め、開瞼時点での該面積の時間変化率を涙液量を示す値として算出する画像処理装置と、を有することを特徴とする眼科装置。
